EQUITY OPTIONS
Every employee gets a fair slice of company equity, with 1.5% of shares distributed annually amongst the whole team. Good-Loop is partly owned by, and operating for, the people who work within it.
HOLIDAY
Our employees get 33 days of annual leave per year (they can choose if they'd like bank holidays off) rising to 35 days after 3 years of service. They can also roll over or buy an extra 5 more days per year.
LOYALTY AND LONG SERVICE AWARD
After 5 years at Good-Loop, everyone gets a one-off super holiday of 3 weeks extra paid leave. A well-deserved chance to sit on a beach and not think about adverts.
FLEXIBLE WORKING
We hire brilliant people, then allow them to work the hours that suit them best, from wherever they are happiest. They can also work from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days per year.
FAIR PARENTAL LEAVE
All new parents, regardless of gender or circumstance, are encouraged to take 4 months of fully paid leave and are entitled to this benefit from day 1 of employment.
Contractual Sick Pay
We offer unlimited sick leave, so our employees can feel supported while they are unwell and focus on getting better soon.
Home Working Allowance
Everyone gets £150 when they join, to spend on setting up their home office, with everything you'd need to do a fantastic job from your kitchen table. We also pay a monthly allowance towards the cost of Wi-Fi and mobile phone use.
WELLNESS BUDGET
The team can spend up to £100 a month on looking after their mental & physical well-being, from Peloton subscriptions and massages through to private health care for you and your family.
For our employees in the US, we offer a comprehensive Healthcare Plan.
Pension Scheme
We pay 3%, the employee pays 5% and everyone has the option to opt-in to the NEST Ethical Fund.

REVENUE SHARE
All employees receive either sales commission, a performance bonus, or a share of profits as a bonus, to ensure that when the business does well, we all share in that success.
STAFF-ELECTED BOARD MEMBER
Each year at the AGM, the staff elect a representative to the board, to create accountability and to ensure that all perspectives are heard and represented at the most senior levels of the business.
PERSONAL FUND
We work together to make Good-Loop a great place to work. So everyone has a monthly budget of £50 to spend on improving their working environment or on travel costs to get to their nearest office.
EMERGENCY FUND
Our employees can draw on a month's wages in advance, paid back interest-free over 12 months. Just in case.
CYCLE TO WORK SCHEME
Bikes are good for the planet and good for our legs, so if anyone at Good-Loop would like to buy one, our Cycle to Work Scheme saves up to 40% on the cost. You pay nothing upfront and then make monthly salary contributions.
GIVE AS YOU EARN SCHEME
Our Give As You Earn scheme is an easy way for our team to donate to any charitable or voluntary organisations they wish to support, from global charities to local community groups.

Good-Loop is a place where we should all thrive, learn and grow. So we've allocated a minimum of £1k per employee, per year, to invest in tailored training and personal development. We also partner with Bloom, BIMA, Outvertising and Media For All, to offer everyone the opportunity to have a mentor.
VOLUNTEERING POLICY
From beach clean-ups to mentoring programs - everyone is welcome to do some volunteer work on company time. Indeed, a couple of times a year, we organise team and client volunteering opportunities too.

We're a friendly bunch with a broad range of interests and passions. So from book clubs and games nights to Come Dine With Me's and team dog walks - we like to get together regularly, in London and Edinburgh, to have a little bit of fun.
We also host an annual Away Day, for the whole team.
