Global Ad Tech Platform Good-Loop Named A Finalist At British Data Awards

Edinburgh company shortlisted in Data for Good and SME of the Year categories

LONDON, EDINBURGH -- April 1, 2022 -- Global ad tech platform Good-Loop has been named a finalist at the British Data Awards 2022.

With 158 nominations received this year, the Edinburgh company - which converts people's attention to ads into donations to good causes - beat off strong competition to be shortlisted in two categories, the Data for Good Initiative of the Year and SME of the Year.

Good-Loop, a B Corporation that runs campaigns in over 18 markets around the world, is on a mission to make the connection between brands and consumers more meaningful by delivering respectful ads that have real social impact - while also driving significant business and brand uplift for advertisers.

The company was nominated in the Data for Good category for its Green Ad Tag solution, which enables brands to measure and offset the carbon cost of their online campaigns in real time.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Lansdowne Club in Mayfair, London on May 19.

The British Data Awards is an annual campaign that sets out to uncover data success stories. Organisations taking part include FTSE 100 giants, public sector pioneers, technology unicorns, agile not-for-profits, and innovative start-ups among others.
