Good-Loop CEO Amy Williams Announced As One Of The 2022 Meaningful Business 100

The leading award in the profit and purpose space, recognises and supports outstanding business leaders combining profit and purpose to help achieve the UN Global Goals

LONDON - October 25, 2022 - Good-Loop CEO Amy Williams has been selected as a Meaningful Business 100 (MB100) leader for 2022. The award recognises outstanding business leaders across the world who combine profit and purpose.

Williams founded Good-Loop in 2016 after quitting her job at ad giant Ogilvy to volunteer at a soup kitchen in Argentina, impassioned by creating a company that could transform advertising into a force for good around the world.

With Amy at the helm, Good-Loop has also launched a number of sustainable solutions, including its Green Ad Tag, which helps brands and agencies track and offset the carbon cost of their digital ad campaigns in real-time.

Meaningful Business is devoted to creating a unified platform for these leaders to collaborate and share knowledge in order to amplify their positive impact in support of the UN 2030 agenda.

The 4th edition of the award received over 750 applications from 80+ countries, following a global nomination process. Judged by a panel of 24 experts, including Kimberly Gire, Board Chair, Centre for Global Equality; Nikhil Seth, Exec. Director, UNITAR and Assistant Secretary General, UN; Paul van Zyl, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, The Conduit and Sancia Dalley, SVP, Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Foundation, each nominee was scored across five key areas: Durability, Impact, Innovation, Leadership and Scope.

This year's MB100 includes social entrepreneurs, sustainability leaders, and impact investors from 34 countries. The top five industries represented are technology, healthcare, financial services, agriculture and manufacturing.

The year-round award programme, supported by EY and Hogan Lovells, is designed to help the winners increase their positive impact, through pro-bono services, workshops, mentorship, storytelling and exclusive networking opportunities.
